Well, long story short:

• I built a website about teaching people how to write music that was getting good traffic and selling lots of courses

• Google introduced AI overviews and their “helpful” content update (HCU) and my website traffic got TANKED (lost 90% of my traffic and sales)

• Spent a year or so trying to figure out what I could do that aligned with my current goals and decided I would launch a mentorship program, alongside building my own record label

• So I needed a place that would bring me traffic and also community (nice community at that)
